Patrick McKay

Chief Executive Officer

I have spent my 30 year career in transportation working primarily with Independent Contractor fleets, including 17 years with FedEx Ground in operations management including Regional and Divisional Managing Director roles. We established REL with a simple goal – to provide outstanding support for independent contractor fleets in the areas of fleet truck financing, fuel and parts savings, and other ancillary services related to their business.

Tyler J Tattum

Chief Operating Officer

I have spent 30 years in transportation including 18 years at FedEx Ground with leadership roles that included Linehaul and Hub Manager as well as Managing Director. I hope to bring my FedEx experience, vendor relationships and 30 years working with independent contractors to provide everyday savings, current and future industry/safety knowledge, and exceptional support to our leasing partners. I cherish spending time with my family, supporting my daughters in their love for soccer and personally enjoy golf, skiing and working outside.

It is important to me that our processes are strong but straightforward, so we can serve your needs better. When away from work, I enjoy coaching youth sports, boating, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

I am your guide to all thing’s maintenance at REL. I spent over a decade working for Travel Centers of America, learning the ins and outs of shop repair and road service. In that time, I covered a range of roles from repairing trucks, parts ordering, warranty filing up to shop management. When looking to advance further I applied my mechanical trade to the business world in 2017. While leaving behind the shop environment I was able to apply my experience to quickly advance to a Fleet Maintenance Management position for a trucking company. It was there I watched firsthand the direct impact that maintenance has on a company’s financial success. My team and I will work hard, hand in hand with you, to keep your uptime high and put equity back in your lane.

With over 40 years of IT experience in the Financial and Manufacturing industries. I have made it my responsibility to keep information secure and computer networks up and running. My focus is keeping your personal information secure, making sure our staff has the tools needed to help you, and ensuring that communication paths to our staff is available when you need it. Whether it be leasing a new truck, a break-fix, or just maintenance, I’ll make sure we’ll be there for you. During my off time, I love to travel and spend time with family.

Hello! My name is Laura Giuffre and I am the Lead Developer for REL. I am happy to help streamline our daily processes to benefit the end user.  Outside of work, I love sketching, playing guitar, festivals, and traveling!
