I’m Pat McKay and am the CEO and co-founder of REL. During my 30 year career in Transportation and logistics, I’ve had the unique opportunity to work with customers, suppliers, and teams to provide unparalleled support to our clients. Along with my partner Tyler Tattum, we established REL in 2020 with a simple premise – we will save our customers time and money. We are fortunate to have attracted a world class team of finance, IT, maintenance and truck support, customer development, and contract management professionals to help drive us on that journey. Our team is laser focused on fulfilling our promise to create outstanding customer experiences. As one of our customers said best – we truly are “a national company with a small town feel”.
Hello! I’m Tyler J Tattum and I am the COO/Co-Founder of REL. I have responsibility to ensure our customer support and experience is prioritized and received at a high level of satisfaction from our customers. I also work with our OEM retail partners on tractor specs through customer, production, and delivery ETAs. I truly enjoy talking with our potential and existing customers to learn “your story” and how REL can make it even better.
Hello! My name is Kevin Conrad and I am the CFO for REL. In my role, I get the pleasure of working with our customers every day. I enjoy discussing their business goals so we can strategize how we can best support their growth plans. I am constantly blown away by the passion our customers have for improving their businesses.
With over 40 years of IT experience in the Financial and Manufacturing industries. I have made it my responsibility to keep information secure and computer networks up and running. My focus is keeping your personal information secure, making sure our staff has the tools needed to help you, and ensuring that communication paths to our staff is available when you need it. Whether it be leasing a new truck, a break-fix, or just maintenance, I’ll make sure we’ll be there for you. During my off time, I love to travel and spend time with family.
Hello! My name is Chuck Minesal and I am the VP of Finance, Risk & Compliance for REL. One of my responsibilities includes the review and execution of all REL leases. I am available to help answer any questions related to REL leases.
Hello! I’m Joe Roth, Executive Vice President of Commercial Development at REL. In my role, supporting our customers and ensuring their experience meets expectations is my top priority. My responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the leasing process as well as post delivery service and communication. I also work with our OEM partners on tractor specs through customer, production, and delivery. I’m thankful for the opportunity to learn about our potential and existing customers and about their businesses.
